Omotayo Adegbenro

Managing Director/CEO


The co-founder of Trabajillos Integrated Services Limited, he is a very meticulous, highly experienced Chief Executive with a demonstrated history and more than 15 years cognate experience within the Facility management and real estate industry with participation in projects valued at over $10 Million. Core competencies include Project management, Asset Integrity review, installation precision monitoring, inspection repair and maintenance, pre-commissioning management, and handover.

He obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Agronomy from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and has also attained several other ancillary industry-related professional qualifications.

Prides in his unflinching commitment to delivering tailor-made services to clients within required specifications and timelines. With skills in Real estate Marketing, Business Development, Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship, great confidence abounds, and is expelled at the slightest opportunity to prove himself.

Engr. Olatunde Oyetunde

Executive Director, Operations


A highly experienced Extra Valued Certified Professional with proven competence in Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Design and efficient Construction Practice, Contract and Tender Management, and multiple project delivery within global standard service environments. A strong manager with a wealth of experience in strategic business change projects for Cost Management Services, Engineering, and Construction Management with successful delivery records.

He has over ten years and over $7Million of hands-on project experience on hundreds of building constructions, office partitions, and Engineering services in Nigeria achieving over $1.5Million cost savings (i.e. about 30% aggregate cost savings).

Ibukun Adegbenro

Executive Director, Business Development


A decisive, analytical and results-focused professional, Ibukun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and a Masters in Business from Griffith University, Australia. She has garnered a wealth of experience through 12 years across multifunctional roles in top-tier Nigerian Banks. While in the banking industry, Ibukun was known for her unwavering passion and commitment towards target achievement and was able to close numerous high-yielding transactions. She is also on the management team of an oil servicing company- Shalom Integrated Services Limited as the General Manager, Business Development and Operations where was instrumental in executing multiple multi-million-dollar contracts.

Ibukun operates as a co-founder of Trabajillos Integrated Services Limited and handles the company’s portfolio management, monitors compliance in line with requisite corporate governance practices. She oversees the financial planning and management of the company by developing and implementing appropriate financial reporting systems. She is also responsible for appraising contracts, investments, and advice the team accordingly for effective decision-making.
